Manage marketing initiatives to draw in guests.

Monitor stock levels of supplies and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.

Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all aspects of event management are handled efficiently.

Stay informed about industry trends to remain competitive.

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly under pressure.

Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.

Previous experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred.
